another day wheres the dollars?

Should I be upset because when child support is given or due its never what the court  ordered. Oh I'm not working he says oh I'm on unemployment he says, well that's is not stopping from your growing child needing things. What does a mother have to do to get some extra help?  Its a shame that some men have a problem taking care of their children but don't have a problem making them.
   Growing up my mom didn't have that problem from my father. He gave his money , spent over the quality time, took time to help raise me and when I need extra he always gave with out a problem. Today as a grown woman , men  and again not all choose to be upstanding. It saddens me I see so many moms and children hurt behind this. The person we had children by ,we never dreamed of them treating their own flesh and blood that way.
   So what do we do now? Some say take them to court, others say Ill just raise them and take care of the child all on my own. But there are selfish  parts in both ways and our children are the ones suffering. All we know as mothers is that little Suzie cant go to dance class and little Tommy cant take karate class.  So we as moms do what we have to do to make sure our kids get the best in life.  I am not talking about tricking to get it either. I'm am talking about going to school getting a degree or trade and WORK!!!!!!!
    So Ladies we need to stand up and realize these men that are a day late and a dollar short will wake up when its too late. We need to make them pay for their children and if child support is the answer then u got to do it. Its a process but a well worth one. If the parent on child support doesn't pay the state will suspend the drivers licensee, if they own a professional work license that get suspended as well, if they file taxes it will come to you. If they are married in some states the wife will have to pay the back due child support if the father is not working. Or if the father never gets a job the state will lock him up until the balance is paid. It's usually what they need to bond out. So ladies stay on top of the game. welcome Single Moms

So today is my very first day blogging and i want to see my response. I will tell u about myself I am a sinlge mother of 2.  I am currently working as a temp but I am in school for my Masters. I live in Sunny Florida, but i am from New York and will always be a NewYorker. My children are my two favorite people in my life. Their ages are 7 and 3. My daughter is the oldest and my son is in the terrible 3 stages. How did I become a sinlge parent, well I picked out two men who needs to still grow up. My pops use to say I was a bum picker.lol.
As many woman we followed the wrong path and get involved with these men  who dont know their butt from their elbows.  My blog is way for woman to get together and support each other, or just tell someone what great job you or your child may have accomplished.  It is a way for us to say yes we are doing a good job raising our children.
